What do you charge for bespoke designs?
We don't charge extra for a designing a bespoke design however please be aware that the components requested may be more expensive.

What Do You Charge For Postage?
UKDelivery is only charged for 'Try Before You Buy' there is, however no postage on a subsequent order resulting from this service. We
do not charge postage on normal orders.

Can I try before I buy?
We do not hold stock items of any tiaras, head-dresses or jewellery. All designs are made especially for the customer as they order,therefore we are not able to send goods on an approval basis. However, we do appreciate how difficult it
can be to choose on-line andfor that reason we will, if requested by the customer, send out a Studio sample for them to try. Customers are required to pay in full for the item sent but a full refund, less postage, is given, if the item is returnedwithin 7 days in the same packaging and condition as received. Postage will not always be charged on a subsequent orderresulting from an Sample Trial, this is weight dependent.

What is the timescales?
4 - 6 is the standard time we quote but if an order is urgent then we can complete the design and post itto you within 7 days. There may be a short timescale charge depending on the nature of the design.

What if the item isn't suitable or damaged when I receive it?
In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged, please contactus immediately so we can arrange return andreplacement. If you are not completely satisfied with your order it may be returned it within 10days of receipt together
with the original packaging. If however your order has been made to your individual requirement(i.e. colour. height etc)or if it is bespoke under the distance selling regulations it will not be subject to the 10 days legal requirements as a matter of course. Refunds will not be given if the item has been worn.

Could you copy a design I've seen? No, this would be against the original designers' copyright. and would be both unethical andillegal. You can send us pictures to show us the type of design you require but we will not copy other peoples work.

Cancellations
You may cancel any order within 7 days of making it. In certain circumstances it may be possible to cancel an order after this point if work has not began .
